I specially compared the blue, green, and silver disk surfaces. The blue and silver disks are almost the same as the original ones. The green disk will have a slight color difference under strong light, but you can’t notice it in daily wear and it does not affect the appearance at all.

This is the highlight. First the parameters:

After actual measurement, the stability of 2892 is indeed slightly better. After wearing it for 5 consecutive days, the daily error of the 2892 version is stable at around +8 seconds, while the 2824 version is around +12 seconds. But to be honest, this difference is not noticeable at all in daily wear, unless you use a calibration meter to measure it every day.
Wearing experience: 0.9mm thin, how much worse is the experience?
Because the 2892 movement is thinner, the thickness of the entire watch is nearly 1 mm less than the 2824 version. Don’t underestimate the fact that it’s less than 1mm. The difference is quite obvious after you get started: the 2892 version fits the wrist better and the cuffs move in and out more smoothly. Especially for those with thin wrists, the improved comfort is visible to the naked eye.
But the 2824 version is not without its advantages: the winding efficiency is higher, the later maintenance costs are lower, and accessories are easier to find. If you plan to wear it for a long time and occasionally need adjustment and maintenance, 2824’s “sturdiness and durability” will make you worry-free.
How to choose? Make it clear in three sentences

- Sensitive to thickness, want a tighter fit on the wrist
