As an old watch lover who has been wearing watches for seven or eight years, I recently bought the all-titanium 42mm yacht watch launched by Clean Plus. To be honest, my first feeling when I got it was-“Why is it so light?”
I have worn many stainless steel replicas in the past, such as gray yacht and blue yacht. They have a full sense of weight, but my wrists will be a little tired after wearing them for a long time. This all-titanium version is nearly 30% lighter in weight and is almost effortless to use. It is stress-free to wear during commuting, business trips and even sports.

But don’t get me wrong, light ≠ cheap. Its titanium case is delicately brushed, and the overall tone is matte gray, low-key and high-end. Viewed under the sun, the brushed texture is particularly textured and does not have the “plastic feel” at all like some lightweight watches. Moreover, titanium metal itself is corrosion-resistant, hypoallergenic, and more friendly to friends with sensitive skin.

In terms of movement, this time Clean Plus went directly to Dandong 3235 – which is currently recognized as a “top-notch” movement in the replica circle. I wore it for a week, and the daily difference was basically stable at about +2 seconds. The measured power reserve was close to 70 hours. I took it off at night and could still walk normally the next morning. Compared with the Shanghai 3235 used by Clean in the early years, the stability has been greatly improved.

I’m also very satisfied with the details: the sapphire mirror is transparent and clear, and the light blue reflection of the calendar window is very delicate under the light; although the two-way rotating ceramic ring has a damping feel that is not as “clicky” as the Submariner, it is completely sufficient for daily adjustment, and it feels smooth and not loose.

It is worth mentioning that this watch has been out of stock before. Now that Clean Plus has changed its team, the workmanship has become more stable. I have compared the old Clean version. Whether it is case polishing or pointer assembly, the quality control now is obviously more meticulous.

To sum up: If you are like me, you want the appearance of a Rolex yacht, but also pursue a lightweight and comfortable wearing experience. You also want the movement to be reliable and the details to be in place, then this Clean Plus all-titanium yacht is really worthy of your serious consideration.
