The watch is available in stainless steel and rose gold PVD-coated versions. The former has a deep ocean blue dial with silver hour markers, like a nautical chart under the starry sky; the latter has a cream gold dial with rose gold hands, like the secret words of time in a gilt ancient book. The moon phase window at 6 o’clock is carved with 22K gold to engrave the trajectory of the stars and the moon. The double-layer window at 12 o’clock simultaneously displays the week and month. The sun pattern on the dial forms a dynamic calendar dial between the flow of light and shadow. The “RW” relief on the crown and the mechanical gear pattern on the five-row stainless steel bracelet hide the genetic code of Swiss watchmaking.
Equipped with the brand’s newly developed RW3281 automatic movement, the precise structure of Geneva pattern and circular brushing can be seen through the sapphire bottom cover. The 56-hour dynamic reserve combined with the instantaneous calendar mechanism can accurately connect even in months with less than 31 days. The 100-meter waterproof performance breaks the limitations of formal watches. The stainless steel model with Milan chain shows the style of a business elite, while the rose gold model with brown cowhide strap interprets the retro yuppie style.
As Raymond Weil’s first full-calendar watch, its pricing strategy of 28,700 yuan accurately positions it in the affordable luxury market.
